Responsible for coordinating clients, follow up incentive bookings and perform related clerical duties
Handle the confirmed bookings and quotation with sub-contractors or suppliers
Follow up visa application, request tour leaders, arrange tea party and prepare profit and loss statement
Consolidating customers feedback of the opinion questionnaires
Perform any other duties as required by the company

Requirements:

Senior Secondary Level (HKCEE/HKDSE) or above
Minimum 2 years relevant experience
Proficiency in MS Office application
Familiar with Chinese processing is an advantage
Detail-minded and initiative
