Responsible for routine site inspections and internal and external audits;
Monitor and improve environmental performance of the Project;
Provide technical support to ensure the Project complies with legal and contractual requirements;
Coordinate with site staff, subcontractors and client's representative for day-to-day activities;
Prepare meetings, materials and presentations for green building certifications if applicable, e.g. BEAM Plus, LEED, WELL, etc.

Requirements:

Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science or equivalent;
At least 3 years' relevant experience in environmental management, monitoring and audit for construction projects;
Professional qualification in environmental related disciplines like HKIQEP, BEAM Pro, LEED AP and/or WELL AP would be an advantage;
Excellent interpersonal skills, highly motivated and be able to work independently;
Excellent command of English and Chinese;
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Project Environmental Engineer.
