- Data Analytics & Strategy
- Design and deploy robust data analytics frameworks to unlock actionable insights.
- Partner with business units to translate data into strategic initiatives (e.g., customer retention, network optimization).
- Develop predictive models and AI-driven solutions to enhance business outcomes.
- Data Platform Modernization
- Assess, upgrade, and scale data infrastructure (data warehouses, lakes, big data ecosystems).
- Integrate advanced technologies (e.g., cloud services, real-time processing) to streamline data pipelines.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with global standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
- Service Platform Architecture
- Architect scalable, user-centric service platforms and APIs.
- Lead cloud integration (Azure/AWS) to boost service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement microservices architecture.
- Innovation & Strategic Leadership
- Align IT architecture with business objectives to ensure financial sustainability.
- Identify and mitigate risks in IT infrastructure and data governance.
- Pioneer adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., Gen AI, RPA, advanced analytics).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing:
- Enterprise data platforms (data warehouses/lakes, big data solutions).
- Cloud-based systems (Azure or AWS preferred).
- AI/ML and Gen AI solutions (a strong plus).
- Big Data Technologies: Kafka, Hadoop, Spark, and related open-source tools.
- Cloud/DevOps: PaaS, VM, Unix/Linux environments.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar languages.
- Data Pipeline Tools: MS CI, Confluence, and workflow automation.
