Since they are currently expanding their procurement team, they are looking for detail-oriented procurement officer to support vendor operations and procurement activities across the Asia Pacific region.Description

Create and maintain vendor master data in SAP, including vendor profiles, payment method setup and updates
Review new and renewal of vendor documents, and follow up on outstanding cases
Ensure vendor activities and documentation meet regulatory requirements across APAC markets and align with internal compliance standards
Generate and manage purchase orders (POs) accurately within SAP system
Communicate with external vendors to verify documentation and resolve discrepancies
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders on procurement-related queries and guidance on the P2P process.
Maintain accurate procurement records and assist with reporting
Support annual vendor review process

Profile

Associate degree or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or vendor management
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficiency in using ERP software (such as SAP) and MS Office tools is a plus
