- Develop seasonal buying strategies for fashion and beauty categories, aligned with brand positioning and local market trends
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and customer preferences
- Manage the full buying lifecycle: assortment planning, vendor negotiations, order placement, and delivery tracking
- Monitor sales performance and inventory levels to optimize stock allocation and replenishment
- Partner with store teams to gather feedback and ensure product relevance and sell-through
- Collaborate with marketing and visual merchandising teams to support product launches and in-store activations
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and post-buy analysis to inform future buying decisions
- Maintain strong relationships with global brand principals and regional stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in buying or merchandising, ideally in luxury fashion and/or beauty
- Strong understanding of the Hong Kong retail landscape and consumer behavior
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and retail systems (e.g., SAP, JDA, or similar)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
- Passionate about luxury, fashion, and beauty with a keen eye for trends and detail
- Immediate availability is preferable
