Project Manager (Video Analytics & IoT related projects)

• Collaborate with the solution team to customize Video Analytics (VA) and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions for clients.
• Partner with the sales team to define solution architecture, select vendors, create implementation strategies, estimate costs, and draft RFI/RFQ/RFP responses.
• Lead project delivery teams to achieve revenue and profit objectives for key accounts.
• Maintain effective business relations with customers and manage problem reporting, escalation, and resolution.
• Handle issue and risk management, as well as customer change requests, evaluating impacts on service, timeline, and costs.
• Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring control of costs to maximize revenue and margin.
• Develop strong partnerships with key vendors and contractors to fulfill client needs.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders to meet current and anticipate future customer requirements.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in project management of large-scale video analytics and/or IoT projects.
• Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar projects in both government and commercial sectors.
• Proficiency in Linux, bash scripting, Python, OpenCV, C/C++, GitHub, Docker, Apache, Base64, protobuffer.
• Ability to develop APIs for VA engines using RESTful, MQTT, AMQT.
• Familiarity with mainstream VA frameworks such as YOLO, TensorFlow, Openvino, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and capability to work with executive and management levels.
• Strong client focus with excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to lead multiple teams in delivering high-quality IT services.
• Passion for new technologies and innovation.
