Social Service, Education Service and Health Service are the three pillars of services contributing to the public value.Responsibility:Assist the Senior Project Manager to perform the followings:
  • Project planning, construction/fitting-out works supervision and project coordination
  • Liaison with landlord, contractors, consultancy, venders or government authorities
  • Budget estimation, cost and quality control
  • To ensure construction plans are properly implemented
  • Responsible for tendering and quotation process and internal approval for project/property works/services related procurement
  • To provide test-fits proposals, marketing intelligence, budget estimation etc. in order to help management to make decision of property related development / enhancement
  • Participate in overall building and A&A projects from design stage to handover stage
  • Provide regular progress reports to management on project status, budget, and timelines
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may arise during construction/fitting-out work stages
Requirement:
  • Degree holder in Construction Management/Quantity Surveying/Building Services Engineering or construction related background
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management working at the Client side or in consultancy firms
  • Professional member and qualifications would be an advantage
  • Concept and knowledge of project management software tools, such as AutoCAD, and /or Powerpoint would be an advantage
  • Proactive attitude with a logical mindset
  • Good project management and communication skill
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in spoken English and Cantonese and written English and Chinese
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
