Social Service, Education Service and Health Service are the three pillars of services contributing to the public value.Responsibility：Assist the Senior Project Manager to perform the followings:

Project planning, construction/fitting-out works supervision and project coordination
Liaison with landlord, contractors, consultancy, venders or government authorities
Budget estimation, cost and quality control
To ensure construction plans are properly implemented
Responsible for tendering and quotation process and internal approval for project/property works/services related procurement
To provide test-fits proposals, marketing intelligence, budget estimation etc. in order to help management to make decision of property related development / enhancement
Participate in overall building and A&A projects from design stage to handover stage
Provide regular progress reports to management on project status, budget, and timelines
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may arise during construction/fitting-out work stages

Requirement：

Degree holder in Construction Management/Quantity Surveying/Building Services Engineering or construction related background
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management working at the Client side or in consultancy firms
Professional member and qualifications would be an advantage
Concept and knowledge of project management software tools, such as AutoCAD, and /or Powerpoint would be an advantage
Proactive attitude with a logical mindset
Good project management and communication skill
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Proficient in spoken English and Cantonese and written English and Chinese
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
