We are looking for Guest Services Officer at Front Office Department:Job Responsibilities:
  • Greet all arriving and departing guests in a courteous manner and check them in and out efficiently according to established procedures
  • Provide courteous and efficient service and comply with guest request
Job Qualifications:
  • Certificate in hotel management or related disciplines preferred
  • Excellent command in English, Cantonese, Putonghua and any other language would be an asset
