Care to be a part of this revolution?What you'll doBe the subject matter expert of Klook CRM stack comprising third party marketing automation & segmentation tools and multiple in-house solutionsSupport the team in designing and implementing lifecycle campaigns to grow and nurture customersMonitor, analyse and optimise CRM performance, By working with analytics, supply and local functions to dig out insights for driving performance uplift globallyDrive A/B testing and workout the experiment framework to improve the channel efficiency together with domestic task forces and E-Commerce operationsSet-up regular dashboards and reporting to visualise channel performance and to identify potential issuesExplore new channel to improve customer engagement levelWhat you'll needMinimum of 2 years' relevant experience in Marketing, preferably Loyalty MarketingHands-on experience in marketing cloud / marketing automation tools, including but not limited to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Braze, Iterable or MoEngageBe curious with data, able to understand customer journeys and take respective actions to optimise overall experience/performance. Understanding of Google Analytics and SQL is an advantageLogical and analytical mindset to implement workflow, data rules and audience logicBasic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plusA highly motivated, dynamic and innovative team player with excellent interpersonal, communications, organisational and problem-solving skillsFluency in both written and spoken English, Chinese is a plusKlook is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
