Posting Date: 2025-09-02French International School "Victor Segalen" Association LtdIT Infrastructure & Support ManagerThe French International School is looking for a seasoned IT Infrastructure Manager in charge of leading the infrastructure and helpdesk function across our four campuses.Under the responsibility of the Chief Business Officer, the IT Infrastructure Manager will oversee the implementation of the strategic IT plan aligned with the FIS pedagogical policy:● Design and implement IT systems and network infrastructures to meet organizational needs and ensure high availability, reliability, and security.● Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, computer devices, data backup, cloud services, security, and system development.● Work with internal IT teams and external vendors to deploy and optimize network security solutions.● Develop & maintain detailed documentation, including network diagrams, security policies, and operational procedures.● Manage software/hardware updates, license renewals, service contracts, and IT asset inventory.● Collaborate with the IT Application team, pedagogy team to oversee e-learning and digital platform management.● Efficiently manage IT department resources, participating in procurement, tendering, vendor management and budgeting for both Capex and Opex.● Manage the IT Helpdesk team in Troubleshooting and resolving IT system and network issues, providing hardware, software, and end-user support.● Manage the Google Workspace for Education, Microsoft Office 365 and Azure Portal.● Collaborate with Facility Management for the works (e.g. cabling, CCTV, door lock, building management system, solar panel).● Collaborate with the IT Application team to ensure the annual rollover of various systems and platforms.● Monitor technological advancements to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Qualifications & Requirements:● Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.● Strong knowledge of networking protocols● Expertise in network access control● 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in system/network engineering.● Hands-on experience with cloud platforms● Proficiency in supporting multi-platform environments (Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android).● Ability to develop IT policies, standards, and procedures.● Fluent in English; French or Cantonese will be a definite advantage● Strong leadership and technical capacities● Problem solving and client-oriented mind● Experience in the education sector will be highly appreciatedConditions:· 39 hours per week from Monday to Friday - Full time· Up to 30 days of annual leave per year· Medical insurance coverage· MPFCompetitive Salary will be offered to the right candidate.
