  • assist with research and evaluation of the online text-based emotional support service
  • collaborate with team members to formulate the data analytics strategy and build relevant reports
  • monitor the data, carry out data analysis and visualize findings for different teams to support decision making
  • enhance dashboards and support delivery of regular reports
  • liaise with internal and external parties to facilitate research activities
  • perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • a Bachelor's degree or above in data science, statistics, computer science or related disciplines, with at least 5 years' relevant work experience
  • proficiency in statistical analysis, data engineering, data mining, predictive modeling, machine learning algorithms, optimization
  • proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and/or R
  • experience in working with relational database and NoSQL
  • knowledge in natural language processing is a plus
  • relevant experience in big data technologies, dashboard development and visualisation
  • ability to monitor, analyze, and manage data to meet the need of project teams
  • a strong sense of responsibility
  • outstanding communication and analytic skills and good attention to details
  • excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese)
  • experience in mental health projects in Hong Kong would be an advantage
