- Handle assigned cases of new business and renew policies and ensure the policy contract, endorsements, invoices, member movements including underwriting issue and related administrative service are processed within the service standard and operation procedures and guidelines
- Handle enquiries and complaint from internal and external customers
- Coordinate with panel to investigate medical card service from members
- Check the outputs of subordinates
- Conduct system testing
- Control inventories
- Handle other ad hoc administrative tasks / projects as assigned
- University / College graduate with minimum 2 years working experience, preferably in insurance/ financial institutions
- Professional qualifications such as FLMI / ICA is an advantage
- In-depth understanding of the insurance industry
- In-depth knowledge of life and medical products
- Proficient in both spoken and written English & Chinese
- Strong customer service mindset
- Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Hands on PC skill in using MS word, excel including Chinese Word Processing
