The incumbent is responsible for the site inspection of all building services, electrical and mechanical services works. He / She is also required to prepare the relevant documents for site inspections of the BS / E&M services installations and to monitor the site work progress of the BS / E&M services installations.Requirements:Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; andLevel 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSE or Grade "E" in HKCEE, or equivalent; andAt least ten (10) years relevant site experience including five (5) years post-qualification experience in the capacity of Building Services Inspector workAttendance of the following safety training is an advantage:Occupation Safety and Health Management Course;Basic Accident Prevention Course;Construction Industry Safety Card Course (Green Card); andCertified Worker Training Course for Confined Spaces.Interested parties please send full resume stating your current and expected salary with contact number via click "Apply Now" below.For more information about our company, please visit our website at http://www.socam.comPersonal data provided by applicants will be used strictly in accordance with our Company's personal data policies, a copy of which is available upon request.
