- Assist to execute the business strategy indirectly
- Support the Business Head for all relevant business related tasks
- Coordinate and arrange business head's schedule, meeting setup, venue booking, logistic arrangement
- Gift & Entertainment report preparation and review, check on supporting documents upon bank's policy. Remind team on the policy
- and relevant changes
- Arrange and support on travel booking with approved agency
- Support event client invitation, internal coordination and administration
- Liaison and cooperation with other support function/Executive Assistants to facilitate the internal arrangement/assignments if any
- Follow the bank's relevant policy and ensure the proper control and compliance
- Support on IT, procurement request and approval
- Support the head in people management and new team members onboarding or exit process handling
- Follow relevant policy and procedure, ensure the compliance by the team in required functions/tasks
- Expense and cost control, follow internal control and reporting policy
- Relevant executive assistant experience in banking or other financial services organizations
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Excellent at time management and coordination
- Experience in event management/coordination
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
