Our client is one of the largest global insurance companies, looking for a Senior Officer responsible for financial reporting.Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit quarterly and annual statutory filings to regulatory authorities.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes.
  • Handle accounting entries and perform account reconciliations.
  • Assist in enhancing systems and workflow procedures to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during year-end audits and manage audit-related requests.
  • Provide support on ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in the insurance industry.
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager level.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of IFRS17, IFRS9, SAP, or RBC is a strong advantage.
