- Develop and build relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and achieving business objectives with the distributor.
- Expand the distributor partnership through proactive problem-solving and generating innovative ideas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain) to ensure seamless coordination.
- Act as a communication bridge between the distributor, key customers, and internal teams.
- Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize problem-solving skills and strategic thinking to effectively address challenges.
- Drive volume, market share, and sales in collaboration with the distributor.
- Manage inventory levels, out-of-stock situations, product aging, trade spend, and trade returns with the distributor.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution.
- Resolve distributor issues, act as a liaison between the distributor and internal teams, and provide support for ad-hoc duties.
- Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Possess at least 3 years of experience in a multinational corporation, specifically in key account management or sales management roles.
- Knowledge and experience in distributor management would be advantageous.
- Demonstrate a keen sense of market trends, understand customer annual strategies, and have the ability to take prompt action.
- Exhibit excellent learning agility and a strong focus on achieving results.
- Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin languages.
