Collaborate closely with suppliers, internal teams, and Japanese-speaking clients to ensure smooth operations and successful product development
Assist in analyzing quarterly forecasts align with merchandising strategies in Japanese Market
Manage and follow up with the production line to ensure product quality
Liaise with internal and external customers to keep tracking the product development
Retrieve and facilitate problem solution when necessary
Assist in preparing material for price negotiation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Fashion, Textiles, or related discipline
Min. 1 years relevant experience in cut & sewn knit product is preferrable
Excellent command of written and spoken Japanese and English is a MUST
Strong knowledge of the Japanese market, consumer preferences, and fashion trends.
Excellent negotiation skills, energetic & dynamic
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Overnight travel to China is required
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Merchandiser
