Senior Associate (Transfer pricing)

• Assist clients in responding to and settling transfer pricing field audits conducted by tax authorities by developing supporting documentation and negotiating settlement proposals.
• Provide tax consultation and risk assessment for group restructurings, including potential transfer pricing implications of proposed organizational structures
• Prepare transfer pricing reports in compliance with Hong Kong's tax regulations.
• Evaluate clients' current inter-company pricing policies and advise on tax-efficient pricing policy design and implementation.
• Manage transfer pricing compliance and advisory projects involving documentation, planning, and matters of controversy for multinational clients

• University graduate in accounting, finance, law, economics or equivalent
• Candidates with relevant experience in an accounting firm are an advantage
• Passionate for providing exceptional quality service and striving to exceed clients' expectations
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
