Handle telephone reservations and incoming correspondences;
Handle guest’s daily reservation;
Responsible for handling hotel incoming calls;
Provide high quality services and various information to guests;
Answer guests’ enquires.

Requirement:

Degree / Diploma holder or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related studies;
Fresh graduate will also be considered;
Strong communication skills;
Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin;
Applicants with more experience will be considered as Senior Reservation & Communication Officer.
