- Conduct requirement research for the privatization and cloud deployment implementation of a large-scale customer service center for a telecom operator.
- Compile requirement documents based on client business department demands, documenting project scope, requirements, and related information.
- Decompose requirements based on the Statement of Work (SOW) defined in the contract. Submit requirement confirmation documents to end-users and provide approved requirement research reports to project management, system implementation, development, and integration teams.
- Regularly participate in project implementation meetings, reviewing customer requirements and project progress. Track and manage any deviations or issues related to requirements and project implementation.
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or project management of customer service center systems in the telecom or financial industry.
- Proficient in customer service center operation management requirements, familiar with the customer service center systems, including communication platforms, CRM, intelligent applications, and peripheral systems.
- Fluent in Cantonese with excellent communication, coordination, and team leadership skills.
- The position is based in Hong Kong.
