- 4 years or above of experience in financial consolidations, experience in listed companies, MNC or sizable audit firms preferable
- Member of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
- Solid technical knowledge of complex manual consolidations for multiple subsidiaries and IFRS accounting standards
- Responsible, detail-minded, independents, able to work under pressure and meet tight timeliness with strong problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of month end processes and internal controls
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is required.
- Proficent in MS Office
- Perform monthly, quarterly and year-end financial consolidations and prepare financial statements, report & accounting schedules;
- Co-ordinate with external auditors for interim and annual audits;
- Assist in preparation of interim and annual results of the Group;
- Prepare financial forecasts and budgets, including Group consolidations thereof;
- Prepare operational analyses and reports;
- Liaising with bankers, auditors and group companies
- Handle tax filings;
