- Assist System Analysts in user requirements collection, system analysis and design, and programming
- Support all phases of the system development life cycle (including user requirements specification, system analysis & design, programming, testing, training, documentation, implementation and maintenance) on various computer platforms
- Prepare system documentation
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
- At least 3 years' experience in IT industry
- At least 2 years' solid hands-on Java application development experience using Oracle RDBMS and various development tools and frameworks (such as Apache Struts, Spring and Hibernate)
- Proficient in SQL, stored procedure, XML, JSP, JavaScript and other scripting languages
