Job Description:CooperVision Hong Kong (CVHK) is a well-established soft contact lens business entity of Cooper with Sales, Marketing, Professional Affairs, Commercial Operation, Customer Service and other business functions based in Hong Kong.Responsibilities:This role is going to support commercial, finance and HR functions in CVHK, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. The Administrative Officer's main responsibilities include clerical support to commercial promotion program, management of account receivable procedure and implement duties for daily office admin.Essential FunctinsCommercial
  • Clerical support in documentation maintenance for marketing activities & promotion campaigns
  • Vendor & PO creation, printing, scanning, data-entry & filing
Finance & Accounting
  • Accounts receivables (AR) management
  • Send out AR statements, coordinate payment collection and manage simple admin inquiries with customers;
  • Assist in monitoring and escalating long outstanding debts;
  • Liaise and coordinate communications among customers and internal functions
HR & General Admin
  • Support on general clerical & documentation duties (e.g. shared folders management, general & new joiners on-boarding document printing/scanning/filing, etc)
  • Implement daily general office admin tasks
  • IT equipment repairs and maintenance (with off-shore IT), mailing/courier arrangement, meetings/events coordination, stationeries and office supplies ordering, etc.
  • Ensure tidiness of office, wellness & overall safety of the work environment
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary
Qualifications:Knowledge, Skill & Abilities:
  • Good team player with a good sense of responsibility
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Knowledge in MS Word, Excel.
  • Experience in ERP system preferred
