After years of hard work and rapid development, the Group has over 6,000 employees now.Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing construction-related data to provide insights that drive decision-making and improve project outcomes. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis tools, and a deep understanding of construction processes and metrics.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead data projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources including project management software, financial systems, and field reports.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as project timelines, budget adherence, resource allocation, and safety metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities.
  • Use predictive modelling and forecasting techniques to anticipate project risks and opportunities.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business initiatives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and construction management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years relevant experience in data analysis.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Excel.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading data projects and managing stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with machine learning and predictive modelling.
  • Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
