Corporate Finance – Senior Associate / Associate

• Assist in the execution of corporate finance transactions including IPO, M&A, pre-IPO investment, financial advisory and other fundraising exercises
• Perform internal approval procedures, due diligence, market research, financial analysis and regulatory submission preparation
• Prepare, review and follow up transaction issues and documentation under guidance of supervisors
• Liaise with clients, external professional parties and communicate with regulators as required
• Assist in financial modelling exercise and prepare valuation presentation
• Actively engage in client pitches, market research and idea generation for the team

• University Degree holder in finance, accounting, or related discipline
• Minimum three years' corporate finance or investment banking experiences in reputable financial institutions
• Proven track record in executing IPO and capital markets transactions, with strong awareness of regulatory compliance requirements
• Possess excellent analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Fluency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
