- Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the company's brand voice, target audience, and marketing objectives.
- Conduct research to identify industry trends, user preferences, and competitor analysis to inform content creation strategies.
- Public Website Copywriting: Create and optimize website copy, including landing pages, product descriptions, service offerings, and other website content to maximize user engagement and conversion rates.
- Ensure all website content adheres to SEO best practices, driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings.
- App Function Copywriting: Develop clear and concise copy for app functions, features, notifications, and in-app messaging to guide users and enhance their app experience.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure the seamless integration of content within the app interface.
- Advertorial Write-ups: Write persuasive advertorials that effectively promote our products/services and engage target audiences.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand product features, benefits, and target audience segments to create compelling advertorial content.
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content management, copywriting, or related roles.
- Possession of Financial knowledge is preferred.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt writing style to different platforms and audiences.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with design and development teams.
- Knowledge of MPF concepts, regulations, and compliance standards is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality content within deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in content management systems (CMS) and other relevant software applications.
