Clarify the billing-related issues by working closely with business teams and stakeholders
Prepare the updated invoices for clients
Assist in process improvements for billing operation
Work on month end, forecast & budget related tasks
Ensure the quality and accuracy of the Group's reporting; both in terms of accuracy of numbers as well as timeliness of reporting
Monitor intercompany transaction reporting and identify ways to enhance efficiency for intercompany reconciliations
Coordinate and liaise with external auditor
Assist in SAP implementation project

Your profile
Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline
3 years working experience in corporate environment with related duties as above with system experience is preferred eg. SAP
Good communication skill and be a good team player
Detail-oriented and well-organized
Willing to learn, self-motivated and able to work independent
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
Immediate availability is preferred
