- Overseeing the preparation and delivery of accurate financial reports in compliance with regulatory standards
- Developing and implementing financial strategies to support business objectives
- Lead the financial planning and analysis process
- Leading the budgeting and forecasting processes for the organisation
- Ensuring adherence to all statutory reporting requirements
- Collaborating with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Managing internal audits and addressing any compliance issues
- Supervising and mentoring a team of finance professionals
- Driving process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 15-20 years of total working experience in the accounting and finance field (ideally Big 4 Audit background is a plus)
- Professional accounting qualifications such as AICPA, HKICPA, CPAA or ACCA
- Demonstrate a strong track record of progression in their past career
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a sizeable team
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Language capability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
