- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
- Creating and presenting proposals to meet client requirements.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
- Representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- A proven track record in sales, preferably within the business services industry ,experience in identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- The hunger and desire to search for sales in all possible avenues
- 1 to 2 years of "hunter sales" experience is needed for this position
- A "never - say - die" attitude towards selling products and services to clients
- Knowledge of the security industry is highly advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients, in English and Chinese
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- A competitive base salary of HKD 216000-264000 per year, plus commission incentives.
