The list of responsibilities and requirements below is a general overview. Execute day-to-day tasks related to teaching staff and EA recruitment, interviews, contracts, employment issues, visa/Registered Teacher/Permitted Teacher application, Performance Management, etc
Answer enquiries from staff on HR issues in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with ESF/school HR policies and practices
Support Administration and Faculty departments
General Requirements:
High Diploma/Degree Holder in Human Resources Management, Business or equivalent
Solid understanding of Hong Kong employment law (and related regulations)
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Google worksheets and other Microsoft applications
Strong numeracy skills and basic accounting knowledge
