Together, we aim to shape a more sustainable, equitable, and responsible future for all stakeholders.Applicants should possess a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or other related disciplines with at least 5 years' of relevant solution implementation experience in IT. Applicants should have excellent people management, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as an excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. The candidate should also possesses the abilities as follows:
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues;
  • Strong knowledge of server administration and data management principles;
  • Familiarity with IT security best practices and data protection regulations;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; and
  • Proactive and adaptable attitude towards learning new technologies.
Key Responsibilities for the position include:
  • Providing technical support and assistance to faculty and staff members, ensuring efficient resolution of IT-related issues;
  • Assisting in the management and maintenance of the Institute's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks and databases;
  • Collaborating with the IT team to implement and enforce IT policies, procedures and security measures;
  • Supporting the procurement and installation of hardware and software systems, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance;
  • Assisting in the coordination of IT training programs and workshops for faculty and staff members;
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of IT projects and initiatives, aligning with the Institute 's goals and objectives; and
  • keeping abreast of the emerging technologies and trends, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
