Cyber Security Specialist (Financial service, up to 55k)

• Protect information system assets by proactively preventing, detecting, and resolving security incidents.
• Assist in the implementation, operation, and maintenance of IT security systems.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests, interpret findings, and provide actionable recommendations.

• Hold a university degree in computer science, information systems, information security, cyber security, or a related field.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in information security services.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the threat landscape and trends, with the ability to proactively respond to threat intelligence being an advantage.
• Have knowledge of fundamental infrastructure components, network concepts, operating systems (Windows & Linux), endpoint detection and response systems, data loss prevention systems, intrusion and email systems being advantageous.
• Possess certification in CISSP / CISA preferred.
• Be self-driven and exhibit strong teamwork skills.
• Have excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
