  • Provide a wide range of administrative support
  • Coordinate student/promotion activities and related teaching activities
  • Maintain the general administration and records of the Department/Programme Office
  • Provide logistical support to events and activities
  • Assist in developing and managing the departmental website
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor, Programme Director and Head of Department
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline
  • Good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Competencies in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Familiar with website development (e.g. knowledge and skills in HTML5, CSS, etc.) is preferable
  • Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility
Salary and BenefitsCommencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave and mandatory provident fund.Appointment will be made on contract basis for 2 months.
