- Develop and implement commercially viable business models aligned with brand values.
- Strategically manage the product portfolio to meet both Retail and Professional channel needs.
- Take full ownership of the P&L for the Hong Kong and Macau region.
- Sales Operations
- Oversee VIC and distributor relationships in line with brand promotional strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the China team on monthly sales forecasts, inventory planning, and logistics coordination.
- Trade Marketing & Animation
- Support trade partners with animation calendars, promotional materials, and training initiatives in partnership with the China brand team.
- Assist in harmonizing customer data and CRM systems to enhance engagement and insights.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial and trade marketing roles within the beauty industry, with exposure to both retail and distribution channels.
- Proven leadership capabilities and a strong track record of driving business performance, governance, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the Greater China region.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
