- Provide supervision to junior staffs in oversea offices and review their work
- Provide client relationship management
- Collect, review and ensure safe keeping of KYC documents to verify the investor
- Ensure all full and correct necessary information is recorded internally in systems and in physical files
- Review and process FATCA/CRS filling by regulatory deadline.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Experience of supervising others
- Proficiency in using MS Office i.e., Excel, Word
- Knowledge in PAXUS is an advantage.
