
Human Resources Manager

- Oversee the Human Resources Department in all spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selections, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, staff relations, etc.
- Perform manpower planning and implement people / organization development programs
- Consolidate and analyze statistical data and reports to identify causes of HR problems and develop solutions for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices
- Review pay structure, pay policies, grade and performance appraisal systems regularly to establish best pay practices for attracting and retaining quality staff
- Ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations in Hong Kong and PRC for respective policies and procedures
- Prepare and review annual budgets and departmental expense
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Min. 10 years of Human Resources Management experience with at least 5 years of experience on managerial level
- Prior experience in manufacturers or retail businesses with China exposure preferred
- Solid experience in all-round HR functions especially in compensation and benefits and performance management
- Well versed in employment ordinance, employees’ compensation and other HR related regulations of HK and Mainland China
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese
- Occasional travel to China is required
