To supervise procurement team in implementing full spectrum of procurement activities (including sourcing, supply market analysis, preparation of purchase order / contract review and closing of outstanding order etc.)
To manage end-to-end procurement cycle, including vendor sourcing, tendering, technical evaluation, final recommendations and contract negotiation.
To prepare budget cost analysis and report
To monitor and review suppliers’ performance, which comply hospital’s standard
To develop and implement sustainable procurement strategies
To undertake ad-hoc projects assigned by his/her seniors

Requirements:

Degree or relevant professional qualifications in purchasing, supply chain management, business administration or related discipline
At least 5 years relevant experience with procurement in sizeable companies is preferred
Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills with energetic personality
Able to work under pressure
Proficient in MS Office and English & Chinese Word Processing
Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
Immediate availability is preferred
