- Perform program debug and implement new features for existing mobile applications and web applications
- Perform software testing and assist users in performing user acceptance tests
- Review documents and program codes delivered by contractors

Requirements - Solid and hands-on programming experience in recent years
- Hands-on experience of web application development or mobile application development
- Ability to work with modern tech stack (e.g. application development frameworks, DBMS, cloud/container platforms)
- Experience of working with web application firewall or reverse proxy is a plus
- Experience of writing Unix/Linux scripts is a plus
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Security vetting is required
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV);
. 2 years' experience in MySQL (MSQ) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in Unix/Linux Shell Scripting (ULS) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in Client/Server Application Development (C/S) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in JBoss Application Server (JAS) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in IT procurement (PRO) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
