- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment delivery process for both clients and candidates.
- Responsible for sourcing talent across different channels to introduce to clients.
- Consulting and providing market industry updates/knowledge to clients and candidates.
- Developing, maintaining, and identifying potential clients to grow your own portfolio.
- Utilising networking, social media, and cold calling to build your candidate & client database.
- Analysing client requirements & offering tailor-made solutions.
- Delivering high-quality recruitment consultancy and services to new and existing clients.
- Contract negotiation with clients. You'll learn recruitment by getting to know your candidates, selling the best match, and managing your talent pool by staying in regular contact with candidates.
- Conducting market mapping, and developing understanding and expertise within your line of service.
- 1-3 years of work experience in the recruitment industry is preferable but not a must.
- Prior work experience in B2B sales is an advantage
- Results-oriented and target-driven, consistently meeting both individual and team targets.
- Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English with solid business development acumen are essential.
- Open-minded and willing to acquire new knowledge and technologies.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible, resourceful, and with a positive mindset.
