- Provide writing and editorial support for Group Management communications, including speeches, statements, and strategic messaging.
- Manage and curate LinkedIn content to enhance corporate visibility and audience engagement.
- Stay updated on company and business line developments, and plan, organise and execute relevant communications such as news articles, event support, and internal video production.
- Develop and maintain corporate collateral such as executive biographies and corporate showreels to ensure consistent brand representation.
- Support media activities in Hong Kong and foster relationships with local media outlets.
- Conduct media monitoring and intelligence gathering to inform communication strategies and reputation management.
- Organize and oversee executive photo and video shoots for both internal and external use.
- Manage communications-related materials and assets in the Hong Kong office.
- Degree holder of Communications, Public Relations or a related discipline.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and be a quick learner of software tools in general.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, collaborative, resilient and a good team player.
- Detail-minded with a strong sense of ownership.
- Well organized with ability to prioritize work in a sensible manner and meet tight deadlines.
- 4-5 years working experience in the field of communications or related industry
