The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing the trade lifecycle, settlements, reconciliations, and corporate actions across global markets. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced trading environments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage trade pre-matching, reconciliations, and settlements across equities, fixed income, and derivatives.Liaise with brokers, custodians, trading desks, and back-office teams to resolve settlement issues.Execute and monitor corporate actions, ensuring timely processing.Review P&L, reconcile error trades, and prepare reporting for management.Support system testing, workflow documentation, and process enhancements.Collaborate with outsourced teams and technology partners for smooth execution.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.3–5 years of experience in securities or global markets operations.Strong knowledge of settlement processes, corporate actions, and trade lifecycle.Familiarity with equities, fixed income, and derivatives.Proficiency in Excel and settlement platforms.English fluency; Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus.SkillsHigh accuracy and attention to detail.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.Collaborative and proactive mindset.Why Join?
