  • Drive business development initiatives, develop and maintain profitable business relationships and extend LPS presence in FSI sector clients
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and gather intelligence on client needs and requirements in FSI sector
  • Work closely with Technology Solution Group to identify, pursue and convert opportunities
  • Serves as a strategic partner to customer, develop and manage client relationships to ensure customer success
  • Develop strategies for deeper penetration for existing customer base
  • Build and monitor long range account plans and relationship maps
  • Qualify and respond to tenders/ RFPs/ RFQs/ RFIs, in conjunction with Sales and Technology Solution Groups, on new business opportunities.
  • Oversee the bid process, co-ordinate all parties involved to ensure all timelines are met and that the bid submitted is complete and accurate, whilst also best reflecting the company's service and abilities.
Experience & Skills
  • University graduate with a minimum of 8 years' business development experience
  • Experience in selling or delivering technology solutions to FSI sector clients
  • Understanding of the IT services & consulting and system integrator market, ideally gained from working in the business development role within vendors and IT consulting companies.
  • Ability to build relationships to strategic relationships and identify relationships that others need to build
  • A self-starter with experience planning and successfully executing a strategic business development/ account plan
  • Experience in developing strong relationships with technical and business leaders
  • Experience in overseeing and leading the bid team in planning and delivery of the pre-qualification questionnaire and bid submissions in line with agreed strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen, good influencing and negotiating skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, in both English and Chinese
