  • Responsible for complex (including Financial Lines) liability and property claims
  • Conduct assessment and investigation to ensure accurate evaluation of policy coverage, liability, and damages
  • Provide claims services to brokers, agents and customers by guiding them to provide necessary claims documents and answering enquiries
  • Identify potential fraud claims and endeavor to proceed with recovery actions
  • Provide claims data analysis including trends, and performance metrics for senior management and internal stakeholders
  • Assist in enhancing the claims system and workflow to meet our customers' need and services standards
  • Ensure claims handling processes in compliance with the company polices and regulatory requirements
  • Mentor and guide junior colleagues by providing training and technical support to ensure consistent performance and adherence to best practices
  • Assist Claims Services Manager in managerial tasks
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree or above with equivalent working experiences
  • 5 years or above experience in Liability and Property claims preferably with experience in Financial Lines
  • Knowledge in litigation procedures
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player and able to work independently and under pressure
  • Self-motivated, analytical and detailed-minded in problem solving
  • Strongsense of responsibility with high level of integrity and trust
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership skills to guide and motivate team members
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese in both written and spoken
  • Sound PC skills and data analytical skill
