Assistant Claims Manager (P&C Claims, Commercial and Financial)

- Responsible for complex (including Financial Lines) liability and property claims
- Conduct assessment and investigation to ensure accurate evaluation of policy coverage, liability, and damages
- Provide claims services to brokers, agents and customers by guiding them to provide necessary claims documents and answering enquiries
- Identify potential fraud claims and endeavor to proceed with recovery actions
- Provide claims data analysis including trends, and performance metrics for senior management and internal stakeholders
- Assist in enhancing the claims system and workflow to meet our customers' need and services standards
- Ensure claims handling processes in compliance with the company polices and regulatory requirements
- Mentor and guide junior colleagues by providing training and technical support to ensure consistent performance and adherence to best practices
- Assist Claims Services Manager in managerial tasks
- Bachelor degree or above with equivalent working experiences
- 5 years or above experience in Liability and Property claims preferably with experience in Financial Lines
- Knowledge in litigation procedures
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player and able to work independently and under pressure
- Self-motivated, analytical and detailed-minded in problem solving
- Strongsense of responsibility with high level of integrity and trust
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Leadership skills to guide and motivate team members
- Excellent command of English and Chinese in both written and spoken
- Sound PC skills and data analytical skill
