It is the ultimate place to shop, dine, work, play and relax. Our Technical Team of specialised engineers and building surveyors are dedicated professionals who drive our sustainable practices forward, make cutting-edge enhancements to our buildings so Pacific Place is even more exceptional, and support our daily operations.RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for operation and maintenance of the E&M systems of hotel & serviced apartments
Assist in the implementation of environmental and energy saving projects
Supervise contractors and in-house technicians to carry out routine repairs and maintenance works
Monitor alteration and improvement works of E&M systems
Handle enquiries on all E & M-related issues and prepare technical reports

REQUIREMENTS

Degree holder or equivalent in Electrical or Building Services Engineering
Minimum 3 years of design or maintenance experience in hotel and serviced apartments
Excellent communication skills; ability to work with people at all levels
Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
Good PC skills on AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
