  • 2年或以上的電力、冷氣通風、樓宇管理及消防系統保養經驗
  • 具酒店、會所或物業管理經驗者將獲優先考慮
  • 完成認可之學徒訓練或具同等資歷
  • 須持有香港政府註冊A級或R級或以上之電業工程人員牌照
  • 須持有建造業安全訓練證明書
