Provide front-desk user support
Provide software, hardware and network troubleshooting support
Perform IT equipments administration
Perform user account management and system administration

Requirements

Diploma holder or above in Information Technology, Computer Studies or Engineering related disciplines
1-2 year’s IT support field services experience
Immediate available is highly preferred
