  • Assist in managing and overseeing the operations of Property Services to provide all-round property management services for the property
  • To manage and coordinate with the internal project team, consultants, and contractors on renovation projects from inception to completion stages.
  • To supervise the renovation and improvement works during non-office hour
  • To perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Property Management, Facilities Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in property management with a least 3 years’ experience at managerial level
  • Experience in handling renovation projects will be an advantage
  • Holder of Property Management Practitioner License (Tier 1) preferred
  • Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Perform duty on weekends and holidays may be required
