- Ensure product adherence to quality standards for safety and compliance.
- Collaborate with suppliers, laboratories, and internal departments to ensure reliability.
- Review critical documentation such as test reports and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS/SDS).
- Maintain technical files by Toy Safety Directive requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Qualifications in Quality Management, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance and safety compliance, particularly in cosmetics or skincare.
- Familiarity with plastic, electronic, and soft toys; experience with children’s cosmetics is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of EU toy standards.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills; proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
