Assistant Factory Manager / Factory Manager – Prototype of EMS- Based in HK

• Bachelor degree or above in engineering
• With 20 years working experience in prototype manufacturing of Electronics factory
• Excellent communication skills in English , Cantonese and Putonghua
• A good team player with strong presentation , interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ACAD software
• Aggressive , result oriented , self-initiated to achieve business targets
• Stationed in our Hong Kong factory to operate a prototype manufacturing plant in Hong Kong

• Supervise a team of engineers to complete electronics manufacturing. (High mix low volume)
• Maintain the business and the manufacturing plant of 20 staff for production.
• Planning factory daily routines.
• Meeting customer's expectations and demands.
• Supervising the factory workers on the production floor.
• Maintaining high standards of the production line.
• Implementing production strategies as per the requirements.
• Monitoring the factory operations.
• Taking corrective action as and when required.
• Resolving any factory-related issues.
• Assigning tasks to the factory staff.
• Creating and enforcing quality control standards.
• Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
• Suggesting improvements in the strategies.
• Preparing production schedules and reports
• Presenting the reports to the higher management.
• Assisting the supply chain.
• Assisting the HR department in hiring.
• Inspecting the quality of the finished products.
• Maintaining a good relationship with the clients.
• Providing training to the internal staff and external.
