The typical duties include:1. Compile and analyse data / statistics and prepare management reports.2. Liaise with internal/external parties on relevant projects and support policy reviews and implementation of corporate-wide programmes/staff health initiatives.3. Handle correspondence / hotline and enquiries / feedback and complaints related to the subject areas of the team.4. Arrange meetings / seminar or briefings / training activities and prepare documents and presentation materials.5. Maintain documentation / records on policies and projects related to the team.6. Provide administrative support for the daily operation of the Corporate Occupational Safety & Health and Staff Health (OSH&SH) Team, including secretarial support to OSH Working Groups, Task Force, coordination work with cluster OSH teams, and other relevant internal and external stakeholders, etc.Entry RequirementUniversity graduates with work experience.Preferable Attributes/ Exposure1. A bachelor’s degree in science in the areas of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, OSH, Healthcare or equivalent.2. A certificate diploma or above in OSH.3. Working experience in healthcare sector.4. At least 2 years’ relevant working experience.5. Working experience in producing electronic training materials, website/mobile application maintenance, and using software for graphic design/video editing etc.6. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.7. Proactive, self-motivated, good communication, strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.8.
